Warmer Days

(A month away from gardening)

Wonderful day yesterday--slightly windy but sunny. Actually trimmed some shrubs w/great posture, no lifting, torquing, etc. Noticing trees/shrubs budding, more flowers blooming, and doing it at the right time--First Day of Spring was yesterday. Went to Mass in AM, took a walk in the afternoon, read later in the day (snuggling w/the "bobs"), and just enjoyed the sunny day.

Matt is in town for a short visit. Nice visit w/him and Brittney on Saturday. Plan to have lunch out w/him, Brittney, sibs, and Kevin on Wednesday since they (sibs) are off for Spring break. Nice phone visits w/family and all in all a nice weekend.

Plan volunteering at Chancery this AM, Mass at noon, run some errands, then home take another walk and enjoy another sunny day. Might clip a few branches off some more shrubs (w/great posture, no lifting, torquing, etc.)

    you're giving me the gardening bug!
    snow has melted along the west side of the house and the tulips that Betty planted are starting to poke through the ice.

    Now, I am also adding your name to the local Ipod/Iphone Intervention program. Lots of greenery, flowers, and stuff coming up.
