Back from Mass, volunteering at rectory, took a sick grandchild home from school, ate breakfast, and now getting ready to go to the Lord's Diner to help with prep for tonight's meal. The menus are absolutely remarkable. Makes me thankful that I have a roof over my head---I am truly blessed to be able to help.Thought from the Mass this AM: Let nothing disturb you, nothing alarm you; while all things fade away God is unchanging. Just got back home from the Lord's Diner (2:30pm)--the meal for this evening is mushroom gravy over beef patties, green beans, Au-gratin potatoes, choice of green tossed or potato salad, iced tea/coffee, dinner rolls and lots of dessert treats.
