Dr. Moore reviewed the CT scans and has added another IV medication to enhance bone growth. Thank God for Pop's Power Porta-Cath---It makes getting IV medications and chemo a breeze. Lab was great and he didn't need a transfusion!Pop has another appointment in 3 weeks. In the meantime, Dr. Moore will review/research other options and consider changes in chemo. Interesting--we never get exact dates for appts or treatments while we are there---those come to us in the mail. Lucky we are retired---think if we were working--we would drive co-workers and bosses crazy with our attendance--or lack of--- or worse yet---have no jobs to return to following these appointments.
Pop remains in good spirits---goes with the flow---has great faith in Dr. Moore and confident he will come up with a great plan.
As always---I have a plan (that should get a laugh out of God) ---how about we all continue the good thoughts and prayers coming Pop's way.
