Busy Day for Pop

Off to have lab work this morning and oral surgeon this afternoon. So many of you have said you would gladly take Pop's place when it comes to his discomfort---any takers for today? Today would need you only for the fretting and stewing part of his discomfort--he has really stressed over having to have this $$$ tooth removed. He has no pain in this tooth---keeps reminding me--"I shouldn't have pain ---I had a root canal in the tooth." My hope today is that the procedure goes well and that they can use a medication to d-fret and d-stew him. Kat---help me to put this into perspective.

He is a trooper -- already up, showered, weighed (145.5), had coffee/breakfast, and reading the newspaper. Perspective is---this is another bump in the road and he remains an enigma. No Kat--I didn't say that!

Before closing---have a question for Maddie---Guess what I am eating right now for breakfast? Remember---it's our little secret---don't tell anyone.

It's probably easy to tell by today's entry---I am a little "goosey and tired" but not too tired to say thanks and to ask each one of you to continue the good thoughts and prayers coming Pop's way.

Love,
Mom

Maddie knows what you are having for breakfast! She has requested 'it' for breakfast since discovery of your early morning indulgence. I have even heard..."But Grandma Julie get's to have 'it' for breakfast." Good thing she can keep a secret.

Keeping you both in our thoughts today.
Love,
Linda

Okay! Yes I can get him there and stop his fretting at the same time. It has been awhile since I drove, but Joe is sick and this is my chance to help -- Call Me I will be awaiting your call - hurry call me.

Okay - I went back to read that first part of the blog. My eyes are really getting bad or I read it wrong out of excitement on the prospect of getting to help out AND DRIVE. Now that my foot is in my mouth or keyboard - I would like to say Yes , I will take his place.
Love you both,
Vicki
